Yes. Where you call from say the UK to the USA, but the person being called does not have an IP phone or computer, then their normal phone will be used, and local call charges apply. These will be captured and billed back to you at a reduced billing rate.

Yes, the phone will find our voice gateway and calls will follow you. As soon as the IP phone is plugged into the internet calls will come through on the normal numbers allocated to you or your busiuness.
